Return Policy

At Satin Closet, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unusedHave all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear without the original hygiene liner

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie and undergarments

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you'll receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within the timeframe provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your eligible item (if it qualifies) and place a new order.

Late Returns

Returns requested after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.
