Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During new launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

These delays are outside of Satin Closet's control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Satin Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Satin Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to our customer support team—we'll do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
